OUR MISSION

Supplying raw materials and qualified products used in detergents, cosmetics, and related industries
considering international standards and deriving from nature with no harm to nature in response.
For this purpose, the top layer management of the organization has put high priority in quality management system
based on ISO 9001:and ISO 10004 standard system and also paying attention to the
management of customer complaints handling based on the ISO 10002 standard. All aforementioned
goals are followed by focusing on customer relationship management and compliance of their principle with increasing
their satisfaction, and adhering to our morale of loyalty, creation, and considering related legal requirements with
Legislative Organizations goals such as below:

  • Increasing customer satisfaction and considering costumer as our own cycle
  • Innovating noble and pioneer products competing in worldwide level with no harm to both humans and nature
  • Creating a suitable platform for communication and exploitation of expectations and complaints, recording, tracking, handling and timely response and its impact on customers to build confidence and trust in them
  • Increased sells with attention toward the supports after sell in chemical formulation, analyses, etc.
  • Development and improvement of human source efficiency
  • The presence and expansion of the organization’s activities in the international arena passing all standards and prerequisites of producing high quality material
  • Improving financial systems, optimization, upgrading and security of IT at company level
